SHIPPING/TERMS & CONDITIONS
Items are shipped via Canada Post. All orders come with a tracking which will be sent to you in an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.
An order usually takes between 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) to be processed and shipped out. Packages are usually shipped out once or twice a week once cleared payment is received. Delivery time varies depending on where you are located.
If you have placed an order and you would like to know the status of your order, please check your email for the shipping notice/confirmation.
Your tracking # should look something like this:

(Canadian orders come with a numerical tracking number with no letters)
You can track your package on either www.canadapost.ca or www.usps.com.
**International Orders (OUTSIDE OF CANADA & THE USA):
Lia Lash Pro Inc. is not responsible for any customs delays, fees or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival to the destination country.

Tracked Packet USA : 4-15 BUSINESS DAYS (tracking)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CANADA & USA)
Tracked Packet International : 6-17 BUSINESS DAYS (tracking)
*Please note all time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders outside of Canada can take up to 30 business days (mon-fri) to arrive taking into account our processing time, date shipped, statutory Canadian and US holidays, customs delays and the postal service delivery times.
REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or exchange for faulty products or If you received the wrong item. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. You must submit your refund request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our CONTACT page within 5 days from receiving your order. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lia Lash Pro Inc. (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or holidays).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lia Lash Pro Inc.
Once you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you would like to exchange your product, you must contact us within 5 days via email at email@example.com or by using the CONTACT page and we will guide you through the steps. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
